I honestly don’t understand the high rating of this spa. I’ve visited many spas in Da Nang, including budget-friendly ones, and most of them provided a much better experience than Bana Spa. Poor quality overall. All area is messy or dirty. Smell bad. Therapist skill is low. Overpriced. I have been spa in Da Nang over 30 places, and this is the worst one. Therapist requested me to pay tip. For 2 hour massage (excluding tip), I paid 1,100,000 vnd for 2 hours.

I loved it sm, the staff would accommodate you whether the pressure or what they do is okay. Hygiene wise it's good too. My hair turned out so soft and it smells so good. I also loved the back and facial massages. Worth the money!
