Honestly surprised this place has such a high rating, was expecting it to at least come close to a 4 star but wasn’t even close to this. Front reception was nice enough, had some tea but from there it seemed to have all gone downhill .. we were brought into the massage room and told to change into the gown together in that room. The lights stayed on throughout the treatment and all I could hear was noise from outs…
