Longer rituals add a neck and shoulder sequence, facial cleansing or a mask, hot stones across the shoulders, and herbal steam. Ear candling appears on some menus. Order varies by house; unhurried warmth is the constant. If pressure needs adjusting, say so · that dialogue is part of the craft.
Towel dry, blow-dry, tea. The booked time is hands-on time, not checkout time. You leave with clean, styled hair and roughly the muscle tone of a napping cat.
